what’s in my heart

From analog to digital,
everything has become so convenient in modern times.

With the development of the era,
our environment changes rapidly every day.

Amid such ever-changing days,
there are countless precious moments,
and we are living in this very time.

These irreplaceable moments
have the power to warm people’s hearts.

I’ve always loved taking photos.

Travel memories, student days,
everyday moments, things that catch my eye, and scenes of nature—

I’ve kept capturing them, even as an adult.

I realize I have a strong attachment to preserving moments.

Here, I’d like to share an episode that made me feel once again just how much I love photography.

✴︎ episode 1

When I went back to my parents’ home, I happened to come across an old photo album.

As I held it in my hands and flipped through the pages,
I found black-and-white photographs of my grandparents in their youth, as well as records of my father’s childhood and family portraits.

Of course, I hadn’t been born yet—
but I was struck by how clearly the past is connected to the present,
and how those moments in time had been carefully preserved.

What overflowed from those photos was unconditional love.

I was deeply moved by the strength of those feelings,
and for the first time, I shed tears while looking at photographs.

I realized in that moment—feelings can truly be conveyed.

The childhood photos and memories my parents preserved for me also carry that same deep love.

And surely, they too will continue to live on—across generations…

✴︎ episode 2

A friend once told me,
“I love the world you capture,”
and entrusted me with their photos.

There were also people who asked me,
“I want you to take these precious photos for me.”

Each of those moments and encounters has overlapped,
and together they have all led to who I am today.
